NAIA Women's Golf Top 25 Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -
The Savannah College of Art and Design is ranked No. 2 in the preseason NAIA Men's Golf Coaches Top 25 Poll.

The No. 7 ranking for the Bees is the highest-ever in the history of the program. SCAD was ranked as high as No. 8 during the 2006 season.

The Bees played in three tournaments during their fall season. SCAD's best finish - second place - of the fall came in the Oklahoma City University Star Classic in October where they finished ahead of No. 9 Lubbock Christian University, No. 14 Wayland Baptist University, No. 15 Southern Nazarene University and No. 21 Shorter College. Only No. 1-ranked Oklahoma City finished better than the Bees in the event.

The Bees return to action Feb. 6 when they will travel to Kiawah Island, S.C., for the Kiawah Island Women's Golf Intercollegiate.
